Alisha Adhikari

 Ms. Alisha Adhikari is an agriculture graduate from Nepal with a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics and an early-career researcher. Her work focuses on sustainable agriculture, the water–energy–food nexus, gender equality and social inclusion (GESI), environmental sustainability, natural resource governance, and community livelihoods. She is actively engaged in youth and women’s leadership, serving as a board member of the Women Leading for Change in Natural Resource Management (WLCN). Alongside her research and leadership roles, she has contributed to youth-led organizations through volunteering and advocacy initiatives.
